How Cyan Atlas handles personal data under Brazil’s LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Data collected
Email correspondence content, technical logs that hosting providers may retain (IP address, user agent, timestamps), and cookies required for security or preference storage when enabled.

- Legal obligation when authorities issue a valid request
Retention
Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and for a limited archive period thereafter (typically up to 24 months unless a longer legal hold applies). Server logs follow the hosting provider’s rotation schedule.

Infrastructure may process data in countries outside Brazil. Providers are selected with contractual safeguards where required.
